Ok, since it's a big mistery where this beauty drops, lets just try to find out by logical thinking, testing and observing closely.

This thread is there so people can share their thoughts on where they think it could drop etc.

It is only allowed to post a possible drop location if you add why you think so (argumentation).

Also if people go test it and find out it would be nice if they could confirm things with screenshots.

This is a community attempt at uncovering that well-kept secret by those who want the prizes to be high etc.

To point out how i mean posts to be in here ill bgin with my 5 cents:

1. I noticed that many of those selling draconic aegises had screenshots of showing it and a big part of those screens seemed to be in a similiar area:

Here an example:

So could people please analyze where this could be ? maybe outside of some dungeon ? If you have any clue where all those pictures might be taken please tell us here.

2. The logical way.... Where would A-Net place a high-end item (obviously it's high end) ? I think there are those possibilities:
- maybe some elite-mission or dungeon
- a spot people don't play so much because its so hard/drops suck
- a spot related to dragons maybe ?
- I'm not sure on this but: do you people think it looks more tyrian than elonian or canthan (because I think so, but again a longsword dropping in elona doesnt look very arabic etc looks rather appopriate for tyria)

Just think: "If I was A-Net, where would I put it"

Side-note: what about the one dragon-boss rotscale or what was his name ?
Anyone was there lately ?

3. Testing:
- I ran around 20 lockpicks (I know it's not much) in Dalada uplands HM and I got nothing. Since other people did it with even more lockpicks I guess it's not there.

Also if some Moderator thinks itsmore appropriate to put this into the "community-projects" section, please do it... I wasn't sure where to put this.

Zaishen Chest, ok. But the rest is neither confirmed nor there is a simple argument for these drop locations. Doesn't count, sorry. If someone can confirm or give arguments why it might be logical, counts.

But i understand you intended it as a starting point on our search ^^

And by the way, it is not confirmed on official wiki, just because its official. (Look at the discussion)

Pretty sure most of those are accurate. "If I was Anet, I'd put it in High End chests"
